Our Pastors

Pastors George & Karen Hancock

Pastor George was called to the ministry at the age of 19. After completing his degree in theological studies, he then went on to the University of Southern Mississippi to pursue his graduate degree in Communication. His fourteen-year evangelistic ministry took him across the United States and into several foreign countries. After years of travel he sensed God calling him into the role of Pastor. Serving as Sr. Pastor in Orlando, FL prepared him for his future position here at Christian World.

Pastor George felt the call and responded by coming to Richardson, Texas in 2005. He, the love of his life, and their two daughters joined Christian World and are leading the church into vision and destiny. The excitement is absolutely contagious, the presence of God undeniable, and the future filled with faith.

Pastor Karen's first calling is that of wife to Pastor George and mother to two beautiful daughters, Ashtyn and Alexa. She is a very gifted teacher, singer, and leader. Everyone automatically feels the realness of her love and care. CWC is blessed to have Pastor Karen's involvement in the pastoral staff. She is a detailed planner for important church programs and events, a visionary leader with her husband and most importantly a very real and true Christian.
